Shipping
Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

After this, we will send you a shipment at the frequency you selected at checkout.
Please note that your subscription will continue automatically, and you will be charged every subscription selected frequency date (30), (90), (180) + days until you decide to cancel. Please be aware that all fees for our services are non-refundable, so if you cancel your subscription, we will send you any outstanding supply of medical supplies. Still, we will not refund any amounts for shipments not received as of the date of cancellation. There is no subscription fee associated with your subscription, and you will only be charged for the cost of the product and any relevant shipping and handling costs.
Once you sign up, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it within your account. Our products will be shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, although delays may occur.

Please purchase a subscription to Alpine Medical Resupply through the website storesoo.com. You will receive an initial package with your supplies (compression, incontinence, or CPAP), including your requested supply amount. We will ship new products depending on the frequency you selected at checkout. This may be (30), (90), (180) + days. We will send you a shipment containing the purchase amount of supplies.
We ship to the US and US Territory. For military bases, we will need the recipient’s name, rank, and unit, also included in the ZIP Code. This is nine digits and specific to the APO, FPO or DPO area. To prevent the mail from entering foreign mail systems, don’t include any country or city names. Also, make sure to include a return address.
Our dedication to providing safe, unused, highest quality medical supplies fuels our decision-making. As such, returns are rarely allowed and only in specific situations. To be considered, a return must be unopened in its original packaging with no damage to the security tape. It must be postmarked within ten days of the original delivery date. Refunds are only granted in limited circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on discounted orders, including any introductory promotion (i.e., 50% off your first month). Alpine Home Medical provides 24 hour/7 days per week ON-CALL services for our respiratory clients. If you have an emergency that cannot wait until normal business hours, an answering service answers the company’s phone after normal business hours. Please call (800) 686-7993. Only equipment requiring emergency maintenance or replacement (i.e., oxygen) will be serviced after hours. Should a life threatening situation arise, it is suggested that the customer or caregiver dial “911” for professional emergency services.
Customer Complaints
Any customer who feels his/her rights have been denied, who desires further clarification of rights, or who desires to lodge a complaint or express contentment with any aspect of service or equipment, including concerns about patient safety and the risk of falls, should contact us through our main telephone number, without fear of reprisal by the company or by any of its employees. If the issue cannot be resolved via a telephone call with a customer service representative, the matter will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate corporate manager. 1. Begin A Regular Exercise Program
Exercise is one of the most important ways to lower your chances of falling. It makes you stronger and helps you feel better. Exercises that improve balance and coordination (like Tai Chi) are the most helpful. Lack of exercise leads to weakness and increases your chances of falling. Ask your doctor or health care provider about the best type of exercise program for you.
2. Have Your Health Care Provider Review Your Medicines
Have your doctor or pharmacist review all the medications you take, including over the counter medications. As you get older, the way medications work in your body can change. Some medicines or combinations of medicines may cause sleepiness, or dizziness, which could lead to a fall.
3. Have Your Vision Checked
Have your eyes checked by an eye doctor at least once a year. You may be wearing the wrong glasses or have a condition like glaucoma, or cataracts that limits your vision. Poor vision can increase your chances of falling.
